Product Description

Facility signs are the ones nobody notices until they are missing: the sign that says which door is the toilet, which floor you are on, where the meeting room is, and whose desk you are standing at. They carry no regulatory weight, which is exactly why they get ordered piecemeal and end up mismatched across a building.

What we make. Toilet and washroom signs. Office and meeting room doors. Room numbers and floor levels. Door nameplates and desk name holders. Pantry, store and plant room signs. Directional and wayfinding arrows. Building and tenant directory boards. Push, pull and operational plates. If it names a place or points at one, it belongs here.

Signage as a system, not a batch of signs. The reason a building looks neglected is rarely one bad sign; it is six generations of signs in four typefaces. We hold your artwork, sizes, materials and mounting method on file, so the sign you order in two years matches the ones fitted today. When a tenant moves or a room changes use, you order the replacement and it drops into the existing system.

Artwork. No print-ready file is needed. Send a floor plan, a tenant list, a photograph of what is already on the wall, or a marked-up drawing, and our in-house designers will set out the layout and send a proof before anything is made. Directory boards and room-numbering schemes are usually built straight from a spreadsheet.

Materials. Acrylic for office interiors, where the finish is doing as much work as the wording. Aluminium for industrial areas, car parks, stairwells and anywhere outdoors. Polycarbonate where a sign will be knocked. Printed, engraved or cut vinyl graphics, with brushed, anodised and tinted finishes to sit against an interior scheme rather than fight it.

These are identification and wayfinding signs. Where a sign has to carry a regulated safety message instead, see our industrial safety and warning signs, emergency exit and evacuation signs and PPE mandatory signs. For the plates that name a person, a room or a machine in engraved metal, see our custom metal nameplates. Supplied to offices, car parks, schools, hospitals and industrial facilities across Singapore.

Frequently Asked Questions

Toilet and washroom signs, office and meeting room door signs, room numbers and floor levels, door nameplates and desk name holders, pantry, store and plant room signs, directional and wayfinding arrows, building and tenant directory boards, and push, pull and operational plates.

Yes, and it is the main reason people come to us. Send a photograph of what is already on the wall and we will match the size, material, finish and typeface. We then hold that specification on file, so a sign ordered in two years matches the ones fitted today.

No. Send a floor plan, a tenant list, a photograph or a marked-up drawing, and our in-house designers will set out the layout and send you a proof before anything is made. Directory boards and room-numbering schemes are usually built straight from a spreadsheet.

Acrylic for office interiors where the finish matters, aluminium for industrial areas, car parks, stairwells and outdoors, and polycarbonate where a sign is likely to be knocked. Tell us where the sign is going and we will advise.

Yes. We work with facilities managers, architects and contractors on complete room identification and wayfinding packages, including directory boards, and keep the specification on file for the changes that follow handover.

No. Facility signs identify places and point the way. Where a sign has to carry a regulated safety message, that is covered by our industrial safety and warning signs, emergency exit and evacuation signs, and PPE mandatory signs.
