A plate fixed to a machine has to survive heat, solvents, abrasion and years of service. This category covers compliance and rating plates carrying model and serial numbers, electrical ratings, capacities and certification details; custom nameplates and metal plates for machines, panels and assets; and dial, gauge and instrument faces with graduated scales, reproduced to original specification or redesigned for retrofit.
Production methods include laser marking and engraving, chemical etching, rotary engraving and screen printing, chosen to suit the substrate, the durability required and the finish. Fixing holes, adhesive backing and custom shapes are produced to your drawing.
