Oil & Gas

Corrosion-resistant valve tags, pipe markers, equipment plates and safety signage for oil, gas and petrochemical operations.

Singapore is one of the world's major oil refining, petrochemical and trading hubs, anchored on Jurong Island. Plants here handle flammable and corrosive media around the clock, so pipework, valves, instruments and equipment need clear, durable identification. Hazardous areas need marking that helps crews isolate, maintain and respond safely, in line with the operator's tagging and pipe-marking specifications.

That places real demands on marking: valve tags and pipe markers produced to the colour and format conventions your process lines call for, and equipment plates that resist chemical contact and outdoor weather. Million produces this range in-house in stainless steel 304 and 316, brass, anodised aluminium and printed pipe markers. Where a hazardous-area or high-temperature rating is required, we work to your specified material so identification suits the environment.

Oil and gas facilities demand marking solutions that survive harsh chemical, thermal, and mechanical environments. Our engraved and chemically-etched plates are specified for environments where adhesive labels cannot be relied upon, and our team understands the traceability requirements that govern plant operations.

Materials and marking methods selected to meet the standards this industry works to. Technical data sheets and documentation available on request for your audit file.

ATEX-rated equipment nameplates

Durable nameplates for equipment operating in explosive atmospheres, with materials and finishes specified for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments.

Pipeline & valve tags

Stainless steel and aluminium tags for pipeline identification, valve tagging, and flow direction marking in petrochemical facilities.

Safety & hazard signage

Safety signs, warning labels, and hazard communication produced to OSHA and ISO formats for upstream and downstream operations.

Asset tracking labels

Chemical-resistant barcoded labels and QR tags for equipment lifecycle management and maintenance scheduling in process plants.

The in-house marking and finishing methods behind the products above.

ATEX-rated nameplates are identification plates manufactured from non-sparking materials suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. They are required on equipment in ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas, common in petrochemical plants, refineries, and offshore platforms, where flammable gases or vapours may be present.

316L stainless steel and marine-grade anodised aluminium are the preferred materials for pipeline tags in corrosive environments. These resist hydrogen sulphide, brine, and process chemicals encountered in oil and gas operations. Tags are typically attached with stainless steel banding wire rather than adhesive.

Safety signage must comply with ISO 7010 (graphical symbols), OSHA 1910.145 (accident prevention signs), and site-specific requirements from the operator or engineering contractor. In Singapore, MOM Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements also apply.

Yes. We supply marine-grade engraved nameplates, stainless steel pipe tags, and photoluminescent SOLAS safety signs for offshore platforms, FPSOs, and jack-up rigs. All materials are selected for continuous salt spray exposure and comply with relevant class society requirements.

Yes. Valve tags and pipe markers can be produced to the numbering, colour, and format conventions specified for your process lines, rather than a generic layout. Working to your engineering or operator specification keeps identification consistent across the plant and its documentation. Send your tagging schedule or marking spec and we will produce to it.
