Product Description
A rubber gasket is a wear part. It is cut to sit between two faces that will never be perfectly flat, and it fails long before either of them does, which is why the useful question is not what it is made of but what it has to sit against and how often you want to be back.
Cut to your drawing or your sample. Send a DXF, a PDF, a marked-up sketch, or the old gasket itself, and we cut to it. A failed gasket is usually the best drawing available: it already carries the bolt pattern, the bore and the outside diameter that the equipment actually has, rather than what the manual says it has.
How they are cut. Waterjet cutting for thicker sheet and for profiles with tight internal radii, and CNC routing where the run is longer and the shape is simpler. Both cut without heat, so the material at the cut edge is the same material as the rest of the sheet. Single replacement gaskets and production runs are handled the same way.
Shapes. Full-face and ring flange gaskets with the bolt holes cut in. Manhole and inspection cover gaskets. Rectangular and irregular panel gaskets. Custom rubber seals and strips. Multi-hole patterns taken straight from your drawing rather than measured off a photograph.
Choosing the material. Tell us what the joint sees: the medium, the temperature, the pressure and whether it is a static or a moving face. Material choice follows from those four, and getting it wrong is the usual reason a custom gasket comes back early. We cut from rubber and other sheet materials, and we would rather ask what the line carries than cut the cheapest sheet to the right shape.
Cut in our own Singapore workshop, which is why a custom rubber gasket is usually days rather than an import lead time. Supplied to manufacturers, contractors, marine and industrial operators across Singapore. Cut on the same machines as our custom stencils and foam shadow boards and tool inserts.

A DXF, a PDF, a marked-up sketch with dimensions, or the physical gasket. We do not need a print-ready file to start.
Waterjet cutting for thicker sheet and profiles with tight internal radii, and CNC routing where the run is longer and the shape is simpler. Both cut cold, so the material at the cut edge is the same as the rest of the sheet.

Yes. One gasket for a repair and a production run are handled the same way, which is the point of cutting rather than tooling.
