Million Advertising & Silk-Screen Pte Ltd (UEN 197901503G) is a cashless business. This page explains the payment methods we accept and our standard payment terms. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayNow: pay directly to our Corporate UEN 197901503G, or scan the PayNow QR code below (also printed on your invoice). Please quote your invoice number as the reference.
  

  Scan with your banking app to pay Million Advertising & Silk-Screen Pte Ltd via PayNow.

• Credit & debit cards: major issuers (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted at our office.
• Bank transfer / GIRO: our bank account details are provided on your invoice. Please include your invoice number in the transfer reference.

For your security, please do not send full card numbers or banking passwords by email or over the phone.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms (including credit terms and any deposit required for larger or custom orders) are arranged with your sales representative and confirmed on your invoice. Please contact our sales team to discuss the terms that apply to your account.

Businesses that order regularly can apply for a trade credit account. Download and complete the Customer Credit Application Form (PDF) and return it to your sales representative for review.

3. Deposits & Custom Orders

Because our products are made to your specifications, production only begins once artwork has been approved and any required deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has commenced. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details on cancellations and changes.

4. Pricing & GST

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), delivery charges, and any other applicable taxes or levies. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

5. How to Pay

1. Confirm your order and approve the digital proof.
2. You will receive an invoice showing the amount due, our PayNow QR / Corporate UEN, and bank details.
3. Pay by PayNow, card, or bank transfer, quoting your invoice number as the reference.
4. Once payment is received, your order proceeds to production and delivery or 24-hour self-collection by arrangement.
