Identification & Barcode Labels

Identification, asset and barcode labels carrying serial number labels, asset numbers and machine-readable codes, printed from your own asset register.

  • Asset numbers, serial number labels, descriptions and locations
  • Barcodes and QR codes: Code 39, Code 128, QR, Data Matrix, EAN/UPC, PDF417
  • Sequential numbering printed straight from your asset register
  • Readable by any standard scanner, warehouse system or phone camera

Product Description

An identification label has to outlive the reason somebody applied it. The asset it is on will be moved, re-cabled, serviced by three different contractors and audited by somebody who was not there when it arrived, and the label is the only thing connecting it to the record.

What goes on them. Asset numbers and serial number labels. Equipment descriptions and locations. Barcodes and QR codes. Sequential numbering straight from your asset register, so the labels arrive matching the spreadsheet rather than being written on afterwards. Company name and logo where the label also has to say whose asset it is.

Barcodes and QR codes. Printed in all standard formats, including Code 39, Code 128, QR, Data Matrix, EAN/UPC and PDF417, and readable by any standard scanner, warehouse management system or phone camera. A QR code points at whatever you encode: a URL, a maintenance record, a row in your own system.

We print barcodes. We do not issue barcode numbers. If you need a GS1 company prefix for retail products, that is a registration you buy from GS1, not a label. Once you have the numbers, or if you are using your own internal numbering, we print them.

Industrial identification. On a production floor the label competes with oil, solvent, heat and handling, so the print is laminated and the adhesive is chosen for the surface rather than for the sheet. For plant that will outlast any adhesive label, the same numbering is produced as engraved metal tags instead.

Materials. Durable vinyl with a permanent adhesive, laminated over the print, rated for indoor and outdoor use. Custom sizes and shapes, die-cut where the label has to fit a specific plate or panel.

Supplied to manufacturers, warehouses, data centres and facilities across Singapore. Where the identification has to survive longer than a label can, see our asset and equipment tags in engraved metal, and our cable markers and wire tags for the runs between them.
