Product Description
An electrical hazard sign or label has to survive the place it is fixed to. Switchrooms run hot, panels get wiped down, enclosures live outdoors, and a label that has faded to a grey rectangle is worse than no label at all, because it looks like the hazard was considered.
What we make. Danger, warning and caution formats for high voltage, shock hazard, arc flash, no unauthorised access and lockout/tagout. Voltage level labels stating the actual figure rather than a generic warning. PPE requirement labels for the equipment they apply to. Isolation point and panel identification marking. Electrical signage for switchrooms, substations and plant rooms.
Arc flash, specifically. The hazard people under-specify for. A shock warning tells somebody not to touch; an arc flash label tells them what happens if the fault occurs while they are standing there, and what they need to be wearing before they open the door. If your assessment has produced incident energy or boundary figures, we print them onto the label rather than leaving a generic warning in their place.
Label or sign. A label is self-adhesive and goes onto the equipment: the panel door, the enclosure, the conduit, the machine guard. A sign is rigid and gets mounted to a wall, a post or a gate, and is read from further away. Most electrical installations use both, and the wording should match across them so a site reads consistently.
Materials. Durable vinyl resistant to UV, chemicals and abrasion, for indoor and outdoor positions. Rigid substrates where the marking has to be mounted rather than applied. Custom sizes, colours, company branding and text throughout.
Artwork. Our in-house design team creates artwork, redraws pictograms and sets out multilingual layouts, so a label can carry the same message in the languages your site actually works in.
Produced to the ISO 7010 pictogram set, so electrical hazard signage stays consistent with the rest of a site's marking. Supplied to electrical contractors, data centres, shipyards and industrial facilities across Singapore. Also produced as rigid industrial safety and warning signs, alongside our safety sign labels and lockout tagout tags for the isolation itself.

Switchrooms, switchboards and distribution panels, substations, machine enclosures, conduit and cable routes, plant rooms and data centre electrical infrastructure. Anywhere the hazard is not obvious from looking at the equipment.

They are produced on durable vinyl resistant to UV, chemicals and abrasion, for indoor and outdoor positions. Where the marking has to be mounted rather than applied, we produce the same wording on rigid substrates instead.
