Product Description

Most stickers do not need to last for years. A label on a retail product, a carton, a food container or a promotional giveaway has to look right and stay put until the item is used, and for that paper is cheaper and prints better than vinyl.

We print these digitally, which changes the economics. There are no screens to make and no setup charge, so a run of fifty costs proportionately what a run of five thousand does, and a design change between batches costs nothing. It also means every label in a run can carry different content, which is how sequential numbering, batch codes, barcodes and QR codes are produced.

Mirrorkote is the glossy coated stock and the usual choice where colour has to be vivid: retail packaging, food and beverage labels, cosmetics, anything on a shelf competing for attention. Woodfree is uncoated and matte, which makes it writable with a pen or a marker, the right choice for asset labels, filing, sample identification and anywhere someone has to add information by hand after the label is applied.

Stickers are die-cut to the outline of your artwork rather than left square, so a circular logo arrives circular and an irregular shape arrives as drawn. Any shape you need, supplied on sheets ready to apply by hand. Tell us the finished size at the quoting stage so we can lay the sheet out efficiently.

Variable data is where digital printing earns its place. Sequential numbering, batch and lot codes, barcodes and QR codes can all change from one label to the next across a run, at no extra cost per change. Send the values as a spreadsheet and we merge them into the layout, which is how asset labels, serialised product labels and traceability jobs are produced without anybody retyping anything.

The limit worth knowing is durability. Paper is an indoor, short-life material: it will not survive rain, prolonged sunlight or washing, and it is not the right choice for a vehicle, a shopfront or outdoor equipment. Where the sticker has to last outdoors, use our vinyl stickers and decals instead. We will tell you which one a job wants rather than sell you the wrong one.

Send artwork as a PDF, AI or EPS with the cut shape marked, or send a layout and our in-house graphic designers will set it up and return a proof. Tell us the quantity, the finished size and whether it is going on by hand or by machine, and we will quote against it. Printed in Singapore, in our own workshop.

Where the label has to carry an asset number, a serial number or a barcode rather than branding, see our identification and barcode labels, which are printed on durable laminated vinyl rather than paper.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Digital printing means no screens and no setup cost, so fifty stickers is a normal order and costs proportionately what a large run does. There is no minimum quantity and no penalty for a small job.

Paper for anything indoors with a short life: product labels, packaging, promotions, filing. Vinyl for anything outdoors or handled hard: vehicles, shopfronts, equipment, machine graphics. Paper is cheaper and prints beautifully; it simply will not survive rain, sun or washing.

Mirrorkote is coated and glossy, so colours sit brighter on it, the usual choice for retail and food packaging. Woodfree is uncoated and matte, and you can write on it with a pen, which suits asset labels, sample identification and anything somebody has to annotate after it is stuck down.

Yes. Sequential numbers, batch codes, barcodes and QR codes can all be varied label by label across a run, at no extra cost per change, because the printing is digital. Send the data as a spreadsheet and we will merge it.

Yes, and it is standard. The sticker is die-cut to the outline of your artwork rather than left as a rectangle. Any shape you need, supplied on sheets ready to apply by hand.
