Product Description

Your equipment's front panel is the first thing users interact with. Graphic overlays make that interaction clear, intuitive, and professional. Thin layers of polyester or polycarbonate printed with your icons, text, legends, and branding, they sit on top of control panels, membrane keyboards, consumer appliances, and industrial equipment to identify functions, guide operation, and reinforce product identity.

Printed from the back, not the front. The graphics are printed on the underside of the film, so the material itself is what a finger touches and the ink is protected by the full thickness of the overlay. This is the difference between a panel that still reads after two years of use and one where the most-used legend has worn away first.

Windows, cutouts and key zones. Clear windows for LED indicators and displays, tinted windows where a display should disappear when it is off, cutouts for switches and connectors, and embossed key zones that give a membrane key a tactile edge so an operator can find it without looking down.

Alignment is the whole job. An overlay is only as good as its registration to the panel underneath. Every overlay is produced to tight tolerances for accurate alignment with keypad switches and cutouts, which is why we would rather work from your panel drawing or a sample panel than from a graphic file alone.

Adhesive. Precise adhesive systems selected for the panel substrate and the environment, because an overlay that lifts at one corner has failed completely even though it is otherwise perfect.

Durable, with hard-coat finishes, in any colour, texture, or graphic design. Supplied to OEM manufacturers, panel builders, and system integrators across Singapore.

Specified alongside our control panel markings and name plates for switches, which cover the same panel face by a different method.

Raised areas over a membrane key that give it a tactile edge, so an operator can find the key by feel without looking down at the panel.

One selected for the panel substrate and the environment it works in. An overlay that lifts at one corner has failed completely even though it is otherwise perfect, so the adhesive is specified rather than assumed.
